Investor Relations Analyst - DC Metro Area

Our client, a real estate investment trust, is currently seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to join their team. The Investor Relations Analyst will support the firm's strategy and corporate development and investor relations teams by developing investor messaging, branding, and market positioning strategies. Responsibilities Develop and maintain investor messaging, branding, and market positioning strategiesPrepare corporate presentations, fact sheets, investor kits, website information, and conference materialsDevelop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and the mortgage REIT industrySupport IR team in preparing quarterly earnings deliverables and executing earnings-related initiatives, including coordination of quarterly stockholder call, webcast, and related logisticsAssist in drafting and distributing investor communications and news, including press releases, as neededAssist in developing, refining, and executing social media strategies, as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree is required1-5 years' of investor relations or corporate communication experienceExperience at a publicly traded company is preferred but not requiredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is requiredExperience with financial market intelligence platforms, such as Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ Pro, S&P Capital Access, Nasdaq IR Insight, or FactSet
