About the role

As the Investor Relations Analyst, you will support Dassault Systèmes' Investor Relations team in maintaining strong, transparent relationships with the investment community. There will be a strong emphasis on market monitoring, the preparation of high-quality materials for C-level management, and execution of the IR calendar.

Responsibilities

  • Earnings and Financial Communication:
    • Contribute to the preparation of quarterly and annual earnings materials
    • Consolidate inputs from internal stakeholders into clear, consistent IR messaging
    • Track and analyze sell-side consensus and market expectations, and prepare summary notes for management
    • Monitor equity markets, peer companies, and sector news, and prepare concise briefings for the IR team and C-level executives
    • Maintain dashboards on share price performance, trading activity, and investor base developments
    • Track key themes and messages from investor and analyst reports, highlighting risks and opportunities for Dassault Systèmes’ equity story
  • Materials for C-level Management:
    • Prepare and refine board-level and C-suite materials related to the equity story, investor feedback, and market context
    • Draft talking points, key messages, and Q&A briefs for the CEO, CFO, and other executives ahead of earnings calls, conferences, and investor meetings
    • Ensure consistency of messaging and data across all management communications with the market
  • Investor Engagement and Events:
    • Support the organization of roadshows, investor conferences, Capital Markets Days, and other investor events
    • Prepare meeting packs, company and peer profiles, and follow-up materials for investors and management
    • Contribute to maintaining the investor CRM and tracking investor engagement over time
  • Internal Coordination and Processes:
    • Work closely with Finance, Strategy, Sustainability/ESG and Business units to align disclosures, KPIs and narrative
    • Help improve IR tools, templates and processes

Qualifications

  • Experience in investor relations, consulting, investment banking (M&A, ECM, sector coverage), strategy consulting, transaction services, or a similar analytical role
  • Strong financial skills (modeling, valuation, financial statement analysis) and high comfort with numbers
  • Excellent written and spoken English; French is a strong plus
  • Very strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with experience producing materials for senior management or clients
  • Ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, concise messages and slides
  • Rigor, attention to detail, and the capacity to work under tight deadlines
  • Team-oriented and comfortable working closely with C-level management

Pay

The total expected compensation range will be between $155,000 and $185,000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
