Responsibilities
- Develop investor-facing presentations, quantitative analyses, and briefing materials for meetings, conferences, due diligence activity, fundraising initiatives, and leadership updates.
- Contribute to global capital-raising efforts by helping produce pitch materials, private placement documents, and other marketing content tailored to prospective and existing investors.
- Manage responses to diligence questionnaires, reporting requests, and other time-sensitive investor deliverables with a high degree of accuracy and organization.
- Partner with accounting and finance teams to assemble performance analyses, track record information, and other data used in investor discussions.
- Support the creation of proposal materials for strategic transactions, including co-investment opportunities and investment structure summaries.
- Carefully coordinate planning for the annual investor meeting, including logistics, presentation preparation, and cross-functional follow-up.
- Work closely with teams across investments, finance, asset management, FP&A, legal, and compliance to gather information and align on deliverables.
- Maintain fundraising project trackers, investor databases, and virtual data rooms to ensure materials remain current, controlled, and appropriately accessible.
- Prepare profiles and meeting materials for investor outreach and assist with post-meeting follow-up and ongoing communications, including limited partner updates and announcement support.
- Provide flexible support on special projects and broader investor relations initiatives as business needs evolve.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 1 year of experience in investor relations, finance, banking, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to create effective presentations and work with quantitative or financial analyses.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate deliverables across teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and external investors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Careful approach with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
