Investor Relations Analyst

Investor Reporting & Analytics

• Produce quarterly investor and consultant reporting materials (e.g., questionnaires, due diligence requests) by gathering, validating, and analyzing portfolio data
• Prepare clear explanations of financial and portfolio performance data for external audiences
• Carry out research and develop reports to support senior team members and strategic initiatives

RFPs & Investor Deliverables

• Synthesize inputs from Portfolio Management, Investments, Accounting, Compliance, Tax, Sustainability, and other teams to support Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and large-scale investor questionnaires
• Draft, edit, and format polished, institutional-quality responses and presentations that meet tight deadlines
• Prepare written responses for ad hoc investor requests and data inquiries

Investor Relations & Communication

• Maintain a high standard of service to both existing and prospective investors
• Deliver materials for investor meetings, virtual sessions, and on-site property tours; capture detailed and actionable meeting notes

Systems, Data & Operations

• Manage the investor portal, including document uploads, contact updates, and distribution lists
• Maintain databases, tracking logs, and internal records to support team operations and reporting accuracy
• Aid in the intake, processing, and filing of investor legal documentation

Quality & Process Improvement

• Proofread, edit, and format documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency and output quality
