Investor Relations Analyst
About the role
The Investor Relations Analyst plays a critical role in shaping and communicating the company's investment narrative to the financial community. This individual will collaborate with finance and strategy teams to interpret financial results and translate them into clear, investor-friendly messaging.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain compelling investor materials, including earnings scripts, press releases, investor presentations, Q&A documents, and annual reports.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to inform internal stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
- Serve as a key point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders; coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
- Collaborate with finance and strategy teams to interpret financial results and translate them into clear, investor-friendly messaging.
- Ensure timely and accurate disclosure in compliance with SEC regulations and company policies.
- Help craft and refine the company’s long-term equity story and investment thesis.
Requirements
- Experience: 6 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment management, or corporate finance. Buy-side experience strongly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Writing and storytelling ability with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with IR tools and platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, Q4, Nasdaq IR Insight) ideal.
- Strong aptitude for learning.
