Overview You'll be joining a small team and working directly with our Managing and General Partners, portfolio companies, and investors. These include many of the biggest crypto companies and protocols, world-renowned PE and VC investors, and founders of large public tech and finance companies. You'll be part of a highly collaborative global team of partners, with an exclusive focus on mid-stage venture capital and growth equity. You should be passionate about crypto, fintech, and technology while being comfortable with flexible and entrepreneurial work environments, and looking to rapidly accelerate your career in investing. Functional Responsibilities Proactively source and field new investment opportunitiesConduct relevant business and financial analysis, valuation, modeling, deal structuring and due diligence supportConduct and discuss relevant industry and market research and analysisProvide high-touch support to portfolio companies post-investmentOpportunity for research, publishing, and media Requirements 4+ years of experience in Private Equity, Growth Equity, VC, Investment Management, Consulting, and/or Investment BankingStrong analytical skills with an aptitude for slicing and dicing data, and an ability to think critically about how things work on the groundSome expertise in one or more of the following areas relevant to crypto: Math, Cryptography, Finance, Econ, CS, Engineering, Philosophy, Social SciencesExceptional communication, interpersonal, pattern recognition, and project management skills, with equally exceptional work ethicSelf-accountability and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environmentAbility to work full-time from our New York officeAbility to interact across cultures and businessesPassion for blockchain, fintech and technology Strong ethical code Preferred Prior investment experience in crypto companies, fintech, or techHigh (but open-minded and flexible) conviction around your own ideasFamiliarity with relevant crypto tools and forums (e.g., know your way around Crypto Twitter, Dune Analytics, navigating Etherscan contracts)Intrinsically motivated to learn about all forms of relevant dataStrong network within fintech, technology and crypto Benefits Highly competitive salary and carry (commensurate to experience; not bound by listed range) Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Annual phone plan reimbursement Laptop and equipment provided Unlimited vacation: Take time when you need it (and we really mean it)Annual in-person offsite in unique locations around the globeAbility to personally invest in our venture and/or liquid funds without fees Note: The general salary range for this role is $300k-450k, although we will pay commensurate to experience.
