Investor Engagement Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to investment professionals and act as a trusted advisor for system and data-related inquiries.
• Troubleshoot trade lifecycle management, data, and application issues while partnering with technical teams on resolutions.
• Support investment platforms related to holdings, exposures, risk analytics, transactions, benchmarks, and reporting.
• Affiliate in production support activities, including monitoring scheduled processes and resolving/escalating issues as needed.
• Communicate effectively with both business users and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in investment, business, or systems analysis within global capital markets.
• Strong understanding of equities, fixed income, derivatives, and FX products.
• Experience with OMS platforms such as CRD, Murex, or similar investment systems preferred.
• Strong SQL skills required.
• Experience with investment data, portfolio analytics, performance, attribution, and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with investment professionals.

Pay

$60–$67.50/hour
