Investment Proposal Analyst Location: 100% Remote Contract Duration: 6 Months Experience Required: 2+ Years About The Role The client Global Investments is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Investment Proposal Analyst to support investment proposal preparation, client reporting, and financial data validation. This role will help ensure the accurate and timely delivery of high-quality investment materials while supporting data quality, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This is a six-month contract opportunity providing maternity leave coverage. The ideal candidate has a background in financial services, investment operations, portfolio reporting, or proposal support and enjoys working with financial data in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Investment Proposal Production Support the end-to-end preparation, review, quality control, and delivery of investment proposals and related client materials.Collect, validate, and organize portfolio, account, investment strategy, and performance data for proposal responses.Coordinate proposal workflows from request intake through final delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.Monitor proposal status, track outstanding items, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion. Data Validation and Quality Control Perform data validation and quality checks on investment proposals, reports, and related deliverables.Investigate, document, and help resolve data discrepancies, exceptions, and operational issues.Maintain data integrity and accuracy across financial information and reporting processes.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors. Reporting, Testing, and Process Improvement Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation for applications, reports, and workflow enhancements.Collaborate with business and technology teams to investigate issues and support resolution.Contribute to process documentation, reporting improvements, and workflow optimization. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.At least 2 years of relevant experience in investment management, financial services, finance operations, reporting, or a related field.Familiarity with investment portfolios, benchmarks, performance data, and portfolio analytics.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting investment proposals, RFPs (Requests for Proposals), or RFIs (Requests for Information).Familiarity with investment products, portfolio analytics, performance reporting, or asset management.Experience with proposal management platforms, consultant databases, or reporting systems.Experience working with large datasets and validating financial information.Exposure to SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting and analytics tools.Experience with user acceptance testing or process improvement initiatives.
