Investor Board Member

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in regular Board meetings.
• Review organizational performance and key business metrics.
• Provide oversight of strategic initiatives, product development, and partnerships.
• Advise on governance, risk management, and organizational priorities.
• Provide independent judgment and constructive guidance to executive leadership.
• Evaluate growth opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Help maintain alignment between business strategy and Mednevo's mission and vision.
• Review financial reports, budgets, and key performance indicators.
• Support fundraising and investor-related activities where appropriate.
• Support strategic partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute to fundraising and industry outreach as needed.
• Help strengthen Mednevo's position within healthcare and technology communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, digital health, or health technology.
• Strong understanding of patient-centered care and AI-driven healthcare solutions.
• Background in corporate governance, Board service, or senior leadership.
• Familiarity with fiduciary responsibilities and risk oversight.
• Experience in strategic planning and business development, particularly within technology-enabled or subscription-based services.
• Strong financial acumen, including the ability to interpret budgets, financial statements, and key performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to provide clear guidance and constructive feedback.
• Commitment to ethical standards, equitable healthcare access, and data privacy and security.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fundraising, partnerships, or investor relations in startup or growth-stage environments.
• Prior Board or advisory experience.
• Advanced degree in business, healthcare, public health, technology, or a related field.
