As a Group Director, Board and Investor Relations, you’ll shape the strategic narrative of a $4B brand by translating complex financial, operational, and franchise data into clear, compelling stories that guide Board decision-making. What You Bring to the Table

Required Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Private Equity, or Investor Relations
  • Strong business writing and presentation skills, with experience building executive-level materials
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and narratives
  • Experience working with senior leadership and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of multi-unit, franchise, retail, or hospitality business models
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, or related field

Desired Experience:

  • Experience supporting Private Equity-backed organizations or Board engagement
  • Background in QSR or consumer-facing industries
  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Advanced expertise in financial modeling, valuation, or capital strategy
  • Experience developing executive communication frameworks or investor narratives

Where & How You’ll Work

This role is based at the San Antonio Home Office, working on-site Monday through Thursday with remote flexibility on Fridays. In this role, you’ll have strong collaboration with leadership, across cross-functional teams, and with external partners to align capabilities with restaurant realities. The work environment is fast-paced and requires sound judgment, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration skills. Full-time availability is required, with occasional extended hours based on business needs, along with occasional travel to properties, project sites, and external meetings. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of the San Antonio Home Office.
