Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner delivers full-cycle recruiting support across assigned business areas, primarily supporting non-Executive Officer hiring. Working in partnership with senior Talent Acquisition team members, this role develops and executes recruiting strategies, builds diverse talent pipelines, and provides an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring leaders throughout the hiring process. This role supports the continued evolution of Talent Acquisition from a transactional recruiting function to a strategic business partner by leveraging market insights, operational excellence, and technology to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. The successful candidate is collaborative, curious, customer-focused, and embraces AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional and individual contributor positions, including kick off meetings, sourcing, candidate assessment, interview coordination, offer development, and onboarding support.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business partners to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and provide market insights that support informed hiring decisions.
  • Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, employee referrals, and external talent channels while promoting inclusive hiring practices.
  • Execute recruiting processes with accuracy, consistency, and compliance by maintaining recruiting systems, monitoring key metrics, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and the hiring experience.
  • Leverage recruiting technology, AI-enabled tools, and automation to streamline workflows, enhance candidate engagement, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Talent Acquisition function.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • At least 5-10 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience supporting professional or corporate hiring.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and build strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred) and an interest in leveraging AI and recruiting technology to improve recruiting effectiveness.

  • Experience supporting talent acquisition within a large, complex corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning, talent market trends, and data-informed recruiting practices.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with experience identifying opportunities to simplify recruiting processes and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, resilience, and commitment to delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Pay

Salary Range: $100,000-$143,000. Overtime eligible: Exempt. Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes. Sales bonus eligible: No. Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
