Investments - Senior Analyst / Associate

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting with property acquisition and disposition transactions in the outpatient medical sector.
• Providing support throughout all aspects of a transaction including sourcing, underwriting, negotiating transaction documents, and closing.
• Performing financial analysis of real estate investments, including knowledge of Argus software and modeling.
• Negotiating commercial real estate purchase and sale contracts.
• Leading and coordinating real estate due diligence processes and teams for multiple transactions at a time.
• Conducting in-depth market research, business development, and networking with local real estate brokers and property owners in targeted markets.

Requirements

• An undergraduate degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business or another related field.
• At least two years of relevant work experience in real estate investment, investment banking, or lending.
• A master’s degree is preferred, but not required.

Skills

• Extensive experience in financial analysis of real estate investments.
• Knowledge of Argus software and modeling.
• Experience in negotiating commercial real estate purchase and sale contracts.
• Ability to lead and coordinate real estate due diligence processes and teams for multiple transactions at a time.
• Proficiency in conducting in-depth market research and business development.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and transactions at once.
• Leadership, superior organization, and goal-driven mindset.
