Join our GTE Financial team as an Investment Sales Coordinator. This role involves coaching licensed bankers in sales execution, pipeline management, and client engagement. Key responsibilities include managing the Licensed Banker Program, developing training initiatives, and building strong client relationships.
About the Role
The Investment Sales Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business. They coach, train, and manage Licensed Bankers, ensuring adherence to credit union and departmental standards. They also partner with leadership, compliance, and advisory teams to drive growth and improve client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business.
- Coach, train, and manage Licensed Bankers, ensuring adherence to credit union and departmental standards.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation in agency management systems (AMS360 preferred).
- Manage licensing requirements, onboarding, and renewals for all Licensed Bankers.
- Ensure completion and tracking of continuing education (CE) requirements.
- Partners with leadership, compliance, and advisory teams to identify growth opportunities, improve referral quality, and strengthen investment experience for members.
- Build strong client relationships focused on retention, trust, and long-term value.
- Provide guidance and education to clients on coverage, renewals, and policy changes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on clarity and responsiveness.
- Analyze performance trends to develop a targeted strategy that can be individually designed for CFCs or bankers.
- Review client profiles for missing lines of business and recommend solutions (auto, home, umbrella, flood, commercial).
- Drive referral generation and investment conversations within retail channels.
- Conduct joint calling, branch observations, and coaching sessions.
- Develop investment campaigns, initiatives that increase visibility and performance.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree is preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- FINRA Series 7, and 66 licenses required. FINRA Series 24 required or to be obtained within 1 year.
- Florida 2-15 (Life, Health & Variable Annuities) insurance license required. Candidates who are not currently licensed must obtain required licenses within 6 months.
- 3+ years of production experience working with Licensed Bankers.
- 3+ years of experience in a licensed role within a bank or credit union.
- Strong understanding of investment products, sales processes, and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Full-time hours required, with additional hours necessary to accomplish objectives, goals, and projects. The position is defined as hybrid in nature, (in-office, or remote) and may be changed at any time by management with appropriate notice, if possible.
