About the role

Spartan Invest is a full-service turn-key real estate investment firm specializing in property acquisition, renovation, and property management. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Investment Consultant (Sales) to join our high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Guide prospective investor clients through the entire sales process—from initial outreach to closing
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and conduct follow-up outreach to nurture potential clients
  • Educate clients on Spartan Invest’s turn-key real estate model and available investment opportunities
  • Maintain accurate client records and interactions in CRM system
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Stay up-to-date on inventory, sales processes, and support resources to ensure clients receive accurate and timely information
  • Communicate client feedback and market trends to sales leadership
  • Aid with ongoing communication and support throughout the client’s investment lifecycle
  • Continuously build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Participate in training and development to improve product and industry knowledge and sales techniques

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in a commission or KPI based producing role
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, with demonstrated success navigating market fluctuations
  • Experience in real estate or investment sales is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered

Overview

The compensation package for this role includes a base salary of $50,000 as well as a tiered commission per property sold (paid monthly) and an annual volume incentive based on department KPIs. Tiered commission includes a $750 fee for sales closed from third-party referral sources, $1250 for sales closed from provided leads and $3000 for sales closed from self-sourced leads which are expected to represent 75% of lead volume.
