About the role

The Investment Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of investment processes and systems. This includes maintaining accurate records, managing data integrity, and supporting the investment team with operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update investment records and databases
• Manage data integrity and accuracy in investment systems
• Support the investment team with operational tasks as needed
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with IT to resolve technical issues related to investment operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in investment operations or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
