Duties And Responsibilities

  • Consistently demonstrates exceptional internal and external service with clients, coworkers, along with the core values: Integrity, Performance and Commitment.
  • Steward of compliance, coordinates with company staff to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations and reports.
  • Initiate transfers of funds via either wire transfer or ACH, including foreign currency transactions.
  • Approve transfers for designated funds.
  • Initiate wires and confirm receipt of funds for CD activity.
  • Read incoming emails and other materials to determine the appropriate action (e.g. paper wire transfers, updated wire or ach instructions, etc.).
  • Receive and add planned and unplanned wires to PMA systems; Update systems so advisors know whether to follow up with clients; notify other departments of receipt.
  • Conduct Daily balancing responsibilities for assigned funds at start of day and end of day.
  • Input new repetitive funds transfer instructions for both banks and clients into the PTMA and/or bank systems.
  • Promptly answer questions about records or files and\or investigate and correct errors upon request of supervisor and/or client. Correct errors as directed.
  • Aid in the review and improvement of processes and procedures.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Must be proficient in Outlook, Excel.
  • Must be able to work closely in a team environment.
  • Must be able to evaluate problems as they occur daily and resolve them in cooperation with co-workers.
  • Must be able to work closely with the other investment operations associates, analysts and management.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are necessary to succeed.
  • Ability to work effectively with employees of all levels within the company.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately.
  • The position is hands on, fast paced, detail and deadline oriented.
  • The position requires good judgment, strong attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Organizational skills and management of priorities are necessary to succeed in this position.

Education And Experience

  • Banking experience a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to work at a computer for long periods of time.
  • Lift up to 15 lbs.

Location: Naperville, IL (Hybrid: In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; Remote Monday, Friday)

The Pay Range For This Role Is 50,000 - 60,000 USD per year(Illinois)
