About the Role
In partnership with AMG senior leadership, you will develop, direct, oversee, and provide strategic direction to the investment function, including critical measurements, for a particular segment(s). You will be responsible for the business and customer experience results for a product portfolio within that segment, supporting the overall mission and vision of the business. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will represent the function as a subject matter expert and work closely on AMG client investment initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic input and establish priorities regarding new products, investment strategy, and customer needs.
- Ensure appropriate investment management policies are in place and maintain adherence to PNC's policies and procedures.
- Proactively identify, resolve, or escalate risk management issues, including audit, compliance, or regulatory matters.
- Support company objectives by organizing and participating in special projects and initiatives, promoting a positive client experience, and achieving business growth objectives.
- Oversee the functional duties and career development of investment advisors and investment product managers, and ensure the local delivery of the investment management process.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of industry-relevant experience, with at least 5 years of prior management experience and proven leadership in a large scope of responsibility.
- A university/college degree (or higher-level education such as a Master’s, PhD, or certifications). In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Pay
Base Salary: $214,500.00 – $445,500.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive-eligible, with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
