Investment Manager

EPL Capital, the investment platform of EPL Group headquartered in Miami, builds and manages alternative investment vehicles across three strategies: sector roll‑ups in defense, energy, logistics, professional services, and technology; GP stakes and fund‑of‑funds investments in emerging private‑equity and alternative managers; and a growth platform supporting international scale‑ups entering the US market. The Investment Manager role can be performed remotely or from Miami.

About the role

The Investment Manager will develop strategies and support the execution of the deal pipeline across the platform, working directly with the Managing Partner on platform growth.

Responsibilities

• Originate and qualify investment opportunities across our strategies.
• Build and manage relationships with family offices, RIAs, and institutional allocators.
• Support due diligence, investment memos, and deal execution.
• Represent EPL Capital at industry events and in allocator meetings.
• Work directly with the Managing Partner on platform growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in private equity, venture capital investment strategies, and executions.
• An established network of family offices or institutional investors.
• Strong financial analysis and investment writing skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a lean, founder‑led team.
