About the role

This is a role for an Investment & Formation Operations Lead at super{set}, a venture studio based in San Francisco. The position involves working closely with a General Partner to drive the full lifecycle of investment and company formation, managing investment diligence, designing operating cadences, and building portfolio-wide leverage products.

Responsibilities

• Manage the investment pipeline by conducting screening, first-pass diligence, and synthesizing memos to enable fast, well-reasoned decision-making.
• Lead the "Signal" program, orchestrating the early-stage operating cadence and formation mechanics for new companies within the studio.
• Partner with founders on critical commercial tasks, including pressure-testing business models, refining investor pitch decks, and sharpening go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in high-intensity environments like venture capital, management consulting, investment banking, or early-stage startup operations.
• Strong commercial and analytical instincts with the ability to read financial models and spot weaknesses in complex business plans.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a "no job too small" attitude, comfortable handling everything from strategic memos to event logistics.
