Investment & Formation Operations Lead at super{set}

About the role

This is a high-intensity environment where you will work directly with a General Partner at super{set} to co-found and scale companies from day zero. You will gain unparalleled access to the mechanics of company building, from seed-stage formation and cap table management to strategic positioning.

Responsibilities

• Manage the investment pipeline by conducting screening, first-pass diligence, and synthesizing memos to enable fast, well-reasoned decision-making.
• Lead the "Signal" program, orchestrating the early-stage operating cadence and formation mechanics for new companies within the studio.
• Partner with founders on critical commercial tasks, including pressure-testing business models, refining investor pitch decks, and sharpening go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in high-intensity environments like venture capital, management consulting, investment banking, or early-stage startup operations.
• Strong commercial and analytical instincts with the ability to read financial models and spot weaknesses in complex business plans.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a "no job too small" attitude, comfortable handling everything from strategic memos to event logistics.
