Responsibilities
- Create and support analytics used to assess a broad range of investment strategies, including equity, fixed income, and alternative investments.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of investment data sourced from various internal and external systems, delivering it in a timely manner for downstream consumption.
- Build repeatable and scalable processes, and collaborate with other team members to automate these workflows and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Perform data reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity within portfolio analytics systems.
- Collaborate closely with the technology team to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent delivery of data across systems.
- Support the reporting needs of internal clients, including sales, marketing, risk oversight and investment teams, by delivering relevant and reliable data.
- Automate end-to-end data processes to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of a wide range of financial instruments, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
- Hands-on experience with portfolio analytics tools and comfortable working with large datasets, particularly using SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail allowing critical evaluation of data and ensuring its accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Finance, Economics, Data Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quantitative role within Investment services.
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments, including equities, fixed income, futures, foreign exchange (FX), options, bank debt, swaps, and other derivatives.
- Expertise in crafting advanced SQL queries for comprehensive data analysis.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or Power BI.

Pay
Salary Range: $115,000-$164,500 Overtime eligible: Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes Sales bonus eligible: No
