Investment Banking Vice President - Technology

About the Role
As a member of the Investment Banking Technology team, you will work with the team’s senior bankers on servicing and executing client transactions. This role combines deep sector expertise with technology-driven solutions. Responsibilities include:
- A combination of execution and client coverage, including valuation, financial analysis, strategic analysis, due diligence, deal financing, and process management
- Business and industry research and analysis
- Preparation of transaction marketing materials and high-quality client deliverables
- Development, training, and mentoring of junior bankers assigned to projects
Requirements
- Outstanding academic qualifications; MBA or other relevant graduate degree desirable but not required
- A minimum of 6–10 years of total investment banking experience
- Demonstrated track record within the Technology sector; specific Software experience strongly preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of the corporate banking business, related products, regulations, and lending/credit approval processes
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Series 79 and 63 licenses

Pay
Base pay for this position at commencement of employment is $275,000 per annum. Total compensation may also include a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, discretionary awards, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits (e.g., 401(k) eligibility, paid time off for vacation, sick leave, and parental leave).
Base pay may vary based on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other factors. Details of participation in benefit plans will be provided upon offer.
