Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate various operating scenarios.
• Conduct comprehensive financial, operational, and strategic due diligence for M&A and investment opportunities.
• Support senior bankers in the execution of live transactions and business development initiatives.
• Perform industry and market research to identify trends and support strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant Investment Banking experience.
• Background in Industrials or Business Services sectors preferred.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Based in Richmond, VA or open to relocation.
