Investment Banking - Infrastructure Associate

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory deal processes and projects.
• Create financial models.
• Draft pitch and marketing materials.
• Participate in client presentations.
• Manage Analysts.
• Identify training and learning opportunities for Analysts.
• Maintain high standards of work quality.

• At least 3-5 years post-undergraduate investment banking work experience supporting deals and pitches within the sector.
• SIE, Series 79, Series 63 (either must have or must take exams within 30 days of start date).
