About the role
As an Associate in the Healthcare team, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory deal processes and projects. You will learn the core knowledge of the investment banking industry and expand your knowledge in key analytical, communication, marketing, and sales skills. Every day is different, and your job responsibilities will include a range of projects and assignments such as:
- Creating financial models
- Drafting pitch and marketing materials
- Participating in client presentations and training
- Managing Analysts
You will be a role model to our Analysts by identifying training and learning opportunities and monitoring work quality. - SIE, Series 79, Series 63 (either must have or must take exams within 30 days of start date)

Pay
Salary Range: $175,000 - $200,000 + annual discretionary bonus
Schedule
This position will operate in a hybrid capacity with four days on-site in our office (Monday - Thursday) with the option to work from home on Fridays.
