About the role
Piper Sandler is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join the Healthcare – Pharma Services team based in Minneapolis, MN or New York, NY. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of associate-level investment banking experience or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of accounting and financial modeling.
Responsibilities
- Work on M&A transactions
- Develop and maintain relationships both internally and externally
- Contribute to financial modeling and analysis
- Provide strategic advice to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute deals
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of investment banking experience at the associate level or relevant work experience
- Experience with M&A transactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling

Pay
The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $135,000 - $225,000 per year. Annual incentive compensation is included as part of the total compensation package.
