About the role

Your team

You’ll be working in the FIG - Insurance team in New York. Our team is responsible for growing market share across the Insurance industry, fostering strong relationships across the market, and collaborating with teams across UBS globally. You’ll play an important role in advising clients on a range of market and strategic matters, including enhancing value for and growing the shareholder base, raising capital, and strategic advisory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally within business administration, finance, or similar
• Ideally 5 years of experience working within insurance investment banking, specifically balance sheet insurance experience
• Great communicator, whether presenting to clients or senior executives
• Able to develop creative solutions to meet client needs and identify cross-product opportunities
• Curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows, while validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use

Pay

The indicative gross base salary range for this full-time role in New York, NY is USD 275,000 per annum. The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
