Healthcare Services Practice
The Healthcare Services investment banking practice has decades of experience advising entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses and private equity sponsors across the middle market. The team brings deep knowledge of the operating, reimbursement, regulatory and investor dynamics that define the subsectors covered, including pediatrics, behavioral health, home health and hospice, post-acute services, health and wellness, and healthcare-focused outsourced and facility services. This expertise allows the team to execute efficiently, create competitive tension and enhance transaction certainty for clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Creation and execution of business development and marketing plans in coordination with Senior Bankers
- Oversee the execution of live engagements, from the initial preparation phase through the closing of transactions
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of work for junior Associates and Analysts
- Recruit, educate, and train Investment Banking Associates and Analysts
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an Investment Banking Associate
- Significant experience executing M&A transactions with a strong preference for Healthcare Services transaction experience
- Excellent analytical and modeling skills
- High energy with strong interpersonal, accounting and finance skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong commitment to respecting and safeguarding confidential information
