Investment Banking Associate (senior) / Vice President (junior) - Healthcare Services

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and execute business development and marketing plans in coordination with Senior Bankers.
• Oversee the execution of live engagements, from the initial preparation phase through the closing of transactions.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of work for junior Associates and Analysts.
• Recruit, educate, and train Investment Banking Associates and Analysts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Investment Banking Associate.
• Significant experience executing M&A transactions with a strong preference for Healthcare Services transaction experience.
• Excellent analytical and modeling skills.
• High energy with strong interpersonal, accounting and finance skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong commitment to respecting and safeguarding confidential information;
• Commitment to working hard;
• Extraordinary focus on work quality and attention to detail;
• Adherence to regulatory requirements;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to learn quickly, with a particular focus on accounting rules and financial valuation methodologies;
