About the role

Associates on the Power, Utilities & Infrastructure Investment Banking team support all aspects of deal execution and client communication across sellside and buyside M&A mandates and private capital raises. Responsibilities include building and reviewing CIMs, MPs, financial models, and valuation analyses. Associates are also expected to provide guidance and mentorship to Analysts in the compilation of materials. Junior bankers on the PU&I team are staffed on multiple live deals across the unregulated renewables, regulated utility, and energy transition sectors. The team currently has active M&A and capital raising mandates.
