Responsibilities

• Prepare valuations and write memorandums for company sale assignments and private placements
• Prepare M&A analyses and participate in due diligence and drafting sessions for public offerings
• Structure and execute transactions
• Function as a backup for relationships with important clients and begin to assume some important new business responsibilities

Requirements

• 3 years of experience involving financial analysis, transaction execution or related
• Experience in investment banking, private equity, or oil and gas is beneficial

Qualifications

• Exceptional work ethic and a high level of enthusiasm, initiative and leadership potential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop rapport with existing and potential clients
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
• Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced, challenging environment

Skills

• Finance, business, management, engineering, science, or related degree
• MBA asset

Pay

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $135,000 - $225,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors.

Schedule

This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
