About the role
MarshBerry is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst, based in either the Beachwood OH, Grand Rapids MI, Plano TX, or Dana Point CA office. This full‑time position begins in Summer 2027 with an anticipated start date of July 6, 2027. The analyst will analyze client business and financial documents and prepare financial models to support merger and acquisition advisory, business valuation, due diligence, and financial consulting projects. Responsibilities
- Collaborate as a key member of project teams in fulfillment of merger and acquisition advisory, valuation, due diligence, and financial consulting projects, including financial analysis and models, fact finding, data gathering, analysis, report writing, and value determination.
- Research, compile, and analyze various metrics needed for valuation reports and/or research needed for articles and presentations.
- Complete projects within desired timeframes, prioritizing work following guidelines and metrics to complete multiple projects simultaneously
