Responsibilities
- Support deal execution, including preparing pitch books, client presentations, and transaction materials
- Perform detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, transaction comparables, and LBO analysis
- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate across internal teams and client counterparties
- Participate in client meetings and deal discussions
- Conduct in-depth industry and company research to support origination and client strategy
- Engage directly with senior bankers and clients, contributing to live transactions and developing strategic insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, STEM, or a related field
- 1-3 years of Investment banking experience or 1–3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, accounting/audit, or within the energy or infrastructure sector
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and investment banking products, with energy experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modeling and valuation
- High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a desire to contribute to team building and culture
Qualifications
- Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education
- FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 63, Series 79) or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
