Responsibilities

  • Support deal execution, including preparing pitch books, client presentations, and transaction materials
  • Perform detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, transaction comparables, and LBO analysis
  • Manage due diligence processes and coordinate across internal teams and client counterparties
  • Participate in client meetings and deal discussions
  • Conduct in-depth industry and company research to support origination and client strategy
  • Engage directly with senior bankers and clients, contributing to live transactions and developing strategic insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, STEM, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of Investment banking experience or 1–3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, accounting/audit, or within the energy or infrastructure sector
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and investment banking products, with energy experience preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modeling and valuation
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a desire to contribute to team building and culture

Qualifications

  • Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education
  • FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 63, Series 79) or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire

Pay

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location. Minimum Base Pay Range: $110,000.00 USD Maximum $135,000.00 USD

Schedule

Frequent minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking is required for this role. Depending on location, occasional moving and lifting light equipment and/or furniture may be required.
