About the role

Syntax Talent Solutions is working to hire an Investment Analysts or Associate to support ongoing M&A transactions within the healthcare and business services sectors. These individuals will play a critical role across all stages of live deals. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to support valuation and deal analysis for transactions
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including company overviews and investor presentations
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, recent transactions, and competitive landscapes
• Identify and track potential investors and buyers in healthcare and business services sectors
• Collaborate with senior team members and contribute to all phases of live deal execution
• Maintain data accuracy within CRM and transaction tracking systems

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate development, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable academic institution
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CapIQ, Pitchbook, or CRM platforms is a plus
• Prior exposure to healthcare services or multi-site provider-based businesses is strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced environment
