Investment Banking Analyst
About the Role
We are currently looking for an Analyst to join our Depositories team within the Financial Services group in our Atlanta, GA office. The Analyst can expect to receive immediate exposure to a variety of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising transactions, and other strategic advisory projects, with significant, long-term growth potential and career advancement opportunities.
On a day-to-day basis, our Analysts provide critical support during all phases of transaction execution, including:
- Building financial models and performing valuation analyses
- Coordinating transaction due diligence
- Conducting industry- and company-specific research
- Interfacing directly with clients and senior bankers
- Developing a versatile skillset that will serve as a strong foundation for achieving career goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or other related degrees required
- Prior experience in investment banking or a related financial field preferred; recent graduates with relevant internships or coursework will also be considered
- Strong work ethic, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and learn quickly
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience with financial modeling or formal training
- Positive attitude with a desire to work with and contribute to the culture of a close-knit team
- U.S. work eligibility is required; candidates must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future (F-1 visa holders requiring future sponsorship are not eligible)

Pay
The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000 per year. Placement within this range depends on level of experience, location, and other factors. This position is also eligible for annual incentive compensation, making the total compensation competitive with the market.
