The firm offers a collaborative culture, strong mentorship from senior bankers, and a clear path for long-term career advancement.This Investment Banking Analyst will be responsible for:Building and maintaining complex financial models, including valuation, merger, LBO, and operating models.Conducting detailed financial, industry, and company research to support live transactions and business development initiatives.Assisting in the preparation of client presentations, pitch materials, CIMs, management presentations, and other transaction-related documentation.Supporting senior bankers throughout all stages of deal execution, including due diligence, financial analysis, and transaction coordination.Analyzing industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities for clients.Ideal Experience:1-3 years of Investment Banking experience.Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.Experience supporting M&A, capital raising, or strategic advisory transactions.Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Based in Atlanta or willing to relocate.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply today for immediate consideration.
