Investment Banking Analyst

Responsibilities
- Performing financial analysis and modeling, utilizing various valuation techniques
- Drafting materials for client meetings
- Preparing memoranda for internal and external use
- Conducting financial and other business-related research
- Coordinating complex and often time-sensitive processes
- Engaging in client-facing situations
- Assisting in the execution of transactions
- Participating in talent development efforts, including recruiting and training
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as an investment banking Analyst, preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Knowledge and experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and financial databases

Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $105,000 to $110,000. Base salary will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
