About the role

The Analyst will be an ambitious self-starter with a proven record of creative and resourceful problem solving, interested in a career in investment banking and eager to learn. This position comes with challenging work and a demanding environment in a rapidly growing firm.

Responsibilities

  • Performing financial analysis and modeling, utilizing various valuation techniques
  • Drafting materials for client meetings
  • Preparing memoranda for internal and external use
  • Conducting financial and other business-related research
  • Coordinating complex and often time-sensitive processes
  • Engaging in client-facing situations
  • Assisting in the execution of transactions
  • Participating in talent development efforts, including recruiting and training

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience as an investment banking Analyst, preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Knowledge and experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and financial databases

Pay

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $105,000 to $110,000. Base salary will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
