About the role
We are partnering with a boutique investment banking firm that is seeking a 2nd year Investment Banking Analyst. This role is ideal for a candidate who has experience executing FIG M&A transactions and a strong background in financial modeling and valuation. The environment is highly collaborative and offers analysts meaningful exposure to both clients and senior leadership from day one. Analysts are involved throughout the entire transaction lifecycle and have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. Responsibilities
- Execute FIG M&A transactions
- Perform financial modeling and valuation
- Participate in the entire transaction lifecycle
- Gain hands-on experience across buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
- Interact with clients and senior leadership
- Contribute to a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment
Requirements
- 1+ years of investment banking experience focused on FIG M&A
- Strong background in financial modeling and valuation
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Exceptional work ethic
