About The Role

QuantumLight is a technology-driven investment firm rethinking venture and growth equity through AI and data. Built by unicorn founders, quant traders, AI scientists, and engineers, we leverage proprietary machine intelligence trained on 10B+ data points across 700k VC-backed companies to identify and support the next generation of exceptional founders. We’re hiring an Investment Associate / Principal to help us strengthen our presence in the US startup ecosystem and build meaningful relationships with founders.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with startup founders across the US ecosystem
• Improve founder response and engagement rates
• Generate warm introductions to high-quality startups
• Source and evaluate investment opportunities
• Represent the fund within the startup and venture communities

What We’re Looking For

• Strong startup/founder network, ideally in SF/Bay Area
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Genuine interest in startups and venture investing
• High social intelligence and strong founder credibility
• A STEM background is a plus
