Investment Associate - Job #1994

Responsibilities

• Supporting the due diligence and evaluation of investment opportunities, including fund managers, co-investments, and direct investments
• Performing comprehensive financial analysis, including valuation, return modeling, stress testing, and market research
• Aiding in the construction and maintenance of financial models used to analyze the portfolio’s cash flow, exposure, and risk profile
• Evaluating investment performance through both qualitative and quantitative research
• Collaborating with external partners, investment managers, and service providers to support the investment process

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant analytical experience in investment banking, consulting, direct investing, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree with a record of strong academic performance
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with investment analysis platforms such as Bloomberg, FactSet, PitchBook, or BipSync
• High emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and a team-first mentality
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, self-starter work ethic
• Integrity, professionalism, and discretion
