Overview
Prosperity7 Ventures is a $3bn+ diversified venture fund of Aramco Ventures, investing in transformative technology companies globally. The role supports the full deal cycle with responsibilities in investment execution, portfolio management, reporting, and origination.
Principal Duties
Investment Execution (40%): Supports due diligence with senior deal team members, drafts investment memos and presentations, builds and maintains investment theses, and tracks diligence.
Portfolio Management (30%): Researches and analyzes follow-on investments, drafts memos and presentations for Investment Committee, and supports deal leads on technology deployment and commercialization.
Reporting & Communication (20%): Reports portfolio company performance, maintains transaction documents, and screens and prioritizes deal flow.
Origination (10%): Develops and maintains networks, sources deal flow, and screens and prioritizes opportunities based on quality, strategic fit, and economic soundness.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, management, economics, or finance from a reputable university; master's degree preferred
At least four years of experience in venture capital, corporate venture capital, corporate development, consulting, investment banking, or private equity
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
Knowledge of market and competitive strategy, technology commercialization, intellectual property, financial analysis, valuation, negotiation, due diligence, and governance
Ability to support deal structuring, documentation, and transaction processes through to close
Organized and detail-oriented, with minimal supervision
Qualifications
Able to evaluate different technologies and their value propositions
Clear, concise written and verbal communication in English
Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $83,520 - $165,720. Final base salary is based on several factors, including the individual’s geographic location, experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications.
