Investment Analyst - Private Markets

Responsibilities

• Attend review meetings and prepare research notes
• Integrate forecasting into performance monitoring systems
• Support due diligence underwriting process
• Evaluate investment performance using established metrics
• Prepare insights regarding investment portfolio performance
• Conduct industry, market and manager-level research
• Coordinate with Investment Operations team for transaction reconciliations
• Assist with the preparation of Investment Committee meeting materials

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related investment management / analytical experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field
• CFA or CAIA designation, or progress toward completion, is preferred but not required
• Strong quantitative analytical skills
• Familiarity with private markets investing and/or institutional portfolio management
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently or with a team and with changing priorities and deadlines
• Exceptional knowledge of MS Office Products and specialized investment management tools
