Role Overview
The Equity Investment Analyst will play a decision-making role in one or more of Titan's equity-based investment strategies. Responsibilities include idea generation, investment research, financial modeling, and proposing investment recommendations to the Chief Investment Officer.
What You'll Do
- Conduct fundamental primary research involving business/industry breakdowns, expert calls, and more
- Build financial and operating models for new and existing portfolio holdings
- Propose portfolio construction rooted in rigorous quantitative and fundamental research
- Maintain a watchlist of daily events, news flow, competitive dynamics, and risk metrics
- Create and contribute to investment communications
Qualifications
- 3+ years of investment experience in public, private equity, and/or other relevant work experience
- Demonstrated track record of prolific investment idea generation, creative research, and rigorous quantitative and fundamental analysis
- Demonstrated understanding and awareness of public market investing and key value drivers
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and accounting skills
- Intellectual curiosity, high integrity, and a passion for investing
- Proficiency with financial analysis tools (e.g., Sentieo, Koyfin, Bloomberg)
- Exceptional written and communication skills with acute attention to detail
- Passion for simplifying and demystifying complex topics and situations for consumers
- Bachelor's degree in Economics / Finance or similar discipline
