Investment Analyst
About the role
The Kamehameha Schools' Investment Management Group ("IMG") is seeking an aspiring investor with 1-3 years of finance-related experience to join our team in either our Honolulu or San Francisco office.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and deliver timely and accurate quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Deliver periodic and ad-hoc reports to investment leadership.
- Manage individual work across multiple asset classes and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Participate in external manager and reference meetings and calls to capture accurate and insightful notes.
- Contribute questions and insight in external manager and internal investment team meetings.
- Aid in building financial models and capturing information from external managers and markets.
- Generate reports on portfolio and investment manager performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial services, consulting, or related professional setting.
- Strong quantitative and modeling skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, in a team, and across multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
- Passion for investing.

Pay
The base salary for this full-time position at the commencement of employment is $130,000. Additionally, this role is eligible for inclusion in the Investment Management Group’s Incentive Compensation plan.
Schedule
The anticipated start is summer of 2027.
