Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in software development or IT operations
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and job posting platforms
- Strong understanding of data protection regulations and compliance
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or Java
Qualifications
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
- Knowledge of cloud computing and server management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
