Investigator

Responsibilities

• Review assignments to establish case objectives and develop action plans
• Utilize surveillance equipment and technology for indoor and outdoor activities
• Perform surveillance, document footage, and gather relevant information
• Drive safely in various conditions, maintaining discretion and efficiency
• Maintain confidentiality, adhere to legal and ethical standards
• Prepare detailed reports with timestamps and supporting evidence
• Adapt to changing situations and work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Attend and testify at hearings as needed

Preferred Experience

• High school diploma or associate’s degree in criminal justice or related field
• Military, insurance, or investigative background
