Responsibilities
- Review assignments, develop or follow action plans
- Utilize surveillance equipment and technology
- Perform indoor and outdoor surveillance, document footage and activities
- Drive safely in varied conditions, maintaining discretion and confidentiality
- Prepare detailed reports with timestamps and supporting evidence
- Adapt to changing circumstances and work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Attend and testify at hearings as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Critical thinking skills and accountability
- Flexible schedule, including weekends
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proper insurance
- Completion of Florida’s 40-hour CC licensing course or Class C license required
- Proficient with surveillance equipment, smartphones, computers, and internet
Preferred
- High school diploma or associate’s degree in criminal justice or related field
- Military, insurance, or investigation experience
