Headlands Research is a rapidly growing clinical trial network founded in 2018 with 20+ sites across the US and Canada. We leverage cutting-edge technology and exceptional support services to broaden outreach and participation in clinical trials. Our mission is to enhance clinical trial delivery within our communities through high-quality data, patient-centered care, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical research activities in accordance with protocols and regulatory requirements
• Ensure accurate and timely data collection and documentation
• Coordinate with site staff, investigators, and participants to maintain study integrity
• Adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and all applicable regulatory standards
• Support recruitment and retention efforts for clinical trial participants

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in clinical research or a related healthcare field
• Familiarity with clinical trial protocols and regulatory compliance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and data integrity

Pay

$18–$20 per hour, dependent upon relevant experience, certification, and education.

Schedule

Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Onsite in Springfield, MO (no remote or hybrid work capabilities).
