Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: $22 – $26 per hour (Weekly Pay), commensurate with experience and performance
  • Travel Time: Compensated at 100% of regular hourly rate after standard commute deduction
  • Mileage Reimbursement: $0.55 per mile for all portal-to-portal and mobile surveillance mileage
  • Paid Administrative Time: Paid at regular hourly rate (report writing, administrative time, etc.)
  • Paid Training: Paid at regular hourly rate

Responsibilities

  • Conducting Wellness Checks by traveling to and speaking with injured workers
  • Conducting insurance claims investigations by performing scene investigations and canvasses (collecting photo/video evidence from the location of an accident)
  • Conducting statements with injured workers and/or employers
  • Document signings and retrieval
  • Daily submission of updates regarding work performed on each case
  • Preparing and dictating investigation reports and forms

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work from a home-based office and work flexible hours
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle
  • Minimum auto insurance in the amount of $100,000 each person / $300,000 each accident bodily injury / $50,000 property damage
  • Smartphone, printer, scanner, desktop/laptop computer with a good internet connection
  • Ability to model behaviors that reflect Frasco’s core values
  • Capable of working independently, contacting clients, and strategizing about the best course of action to handle their needs, and be able to proceed accordingly

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice or related field
  • Customer service experience
